Seiko Prospex \'King Turtle\' PADI Automatic Black Dial Stainless Steel Bracelet Mens Watch SRPG19K1 The Case: The Seiko Prospex PADI \'King Turtle\' SRPG19K1 case measures 45mm in diameter and is made from solid stainless steel. The watch\'s nickname derives from its cushion style diver\'s case and its similarity to the shell of a turtle. An oversized screw down crown is present besides the 4 o’clock mark, it is protected by a crown guard, which bolsters the functionality of this watch. What differentiates the \'King Turtle\' from the normal \'Turtle\' is the addition of a ceramic bezel. The benefit of having a ceramic bezel is that they provide greater durability and scratch resistance than a stainless steel bezel, this is why it is a material more commonly associated with luxury watches. The bezel is presented in black with touches of blue present throughout the first third of the 60-minute scale that is displayed around the bezel. The luminescent pip situated at the 12 o’clock mark makes it easier for the 60-minute scale to be read underwater. The Dial: The black dial features a deeply pressed PADI earth patterned design, which gives the watch a unique textured appearance. The simplistic layout of the dial ensures optimum legibility and avoids the risk of any complications. The dial consists of bold hour markers that have been filled with a luminescent material, allowing the wearer to read the time in the dark. As well as a unique handset that is made up of a syringe-style hour marker and a red arrow-style second hand. Additional useful features present on the dial include a cyclops day-date window that replaces the 3 o\'clock marker and 60-minute scale chapter ring. Hardlex crystal protects the dial. The Bracelet: The bracelet is made from stainless steel and comes fashioned in a classic three-link oyster style. The simplistic design of the oyster bracelet was was first introduced by Rolex in 1948 and it since been closely associated with dive watches, due to their unadultered utilitarian character. The bracelet fastens using a three fold clasp with a secure lock, to ensure it remains upon the wearer’s wrist. The Features: Seiko’s exclusive 4R36 automatic movement powers this timepiece. It is a self-winding calibre with manual-winding capacity and a hacking-seconds features. This movement has an incredible 41 hour power reserve. It consists of 23 jewels and it beats at 21,600vph.
