Its cushion case resembles a turtles shell which is a term coined among Seiko enthuasists. The first Seiko to use a turtle style case was the 6309 way back in 1977 which was fairly popular among diver\'s due to its reliable and rugged style. On top of the case is a diving bezel is in the eye-catching colours of both blue and red. This means that the watch is powered by movement, but can also be charged manually by spinning the crown. The engine has a power reserve of 41 hours which allows you to rest your wrist for the weekend. This watch has a water resistance of 200 metres, making it suitable for diving.
