This means that the dial will still be in perfect condition from any sporting activities. The ever present G-Shock logo can be seen on-top of the case at the 12 o’clock position with four buttons dotted around the side to access the watches many features and functions. The G-Shock logo is also present on the bezel. Mineral hardened glass provides the watch with further protection against scratches and shattering. A black resin strap is securely fastened using a standard buckle.  The Dial & Functions: The dial mostly compromises of a black digital LCD display. The digital display is powered by a quartz movement which has a power saving function to support you in extra time when you need a boost of energy. The lower half of the dial displays the time, day and date digitally. On the upper half there is a blue sub dial that signifies what functions are set. The watch also has a number of other functions, including: a step tracker, world time, dual time and to be able to set five daily alarms.
