Casio Edifice Bluetooth Quartz Black Dial Stainless Steel Bracelet Men’s Watch ECB-10DB-1AEF The Case: This Casio Edifice Bluetooth ECB-10DB-1AEF is presented in a sharp octagonal case that is made from a combination of brushed and polished stainless steel. The case measures 49mm in diameter and it features a black ion-plated fixed bezel that exhibits a 60-minute scale with increments of 5 minutes. The bezel is screwed down by four screws besides the 3 and 9 o’clock position, the screws have a neon green outline which brings a welcomed touch of colour to the case. At the side of the case there are three push buttons that can be used to operate the watch’s chronograph functions. There is also a screw down crown that is located besides the 3 o’clock marker, it is protected by a robust crown guard. Scratch resistant mineral glass provides the watch with protection against scratches and shattering. The Dial: The black dial exhibits a dual time display with the digital display window being located near the top of the dial. The analogical display is presented through a silver sword-style handset that has been filled with a luminescent material which allows the dial to be read in the dark. Silver baton-style hour markers are located around the outer edge of the dial. Between the 6 and 9 o’clock marker there is a metallic green sub-dial which is used as a chronograph, which allows you to record measurements. A super-auto LED light will illuminate the watch if ambient light fades, a turn of your wrist illuminates the watch display particularly brightly and in colour. The Bracelet: The silver stainless steel 3-link bracelet has been treated with ion-plated finish as the case, in order to ensure longevity. It is also equipped with a safety catch, to prevent the bracelet from accidentally opening. The Functions: This model offers a wide range of modern functions. As the name suggests it offers Bluetooth connectivity, meaning the time and date will be accurate as the watch adjusts time-based on time on your phone. A new Schedule Timer feature links with your phone’s calendar app to display appointment start times and end times on the watch display, and alert you to appointments with a watch alarm. You can input and manage your schedule with your phone’s calendar app, and have watch alerts set up. You can use the watch to make adjustments to your schedule. At the touch of a button, the watch switches to offline mode. Meaning that you can disable the wireless or GPS for the duration of the flight. The daily alarm reminds you about recurring events with an acoustic signal at the time you have set. This watch has a water resistance of 100 metres, making it suitable for swimming and snorkelling.
