In fact, the collection was inspired by cocktails created by Hisashi Kishi, the head bartender at the STAR BAR in Tokyo’s Ginza area and a past winner of the International Bar Association World Championships. Tokyo\'s Ginza area is home to both the Star Bar and Seiko headquarters, making a perfect mix. Style: The model is so called the \'Stinger\' as the colour of the watch resembles that of a Stinger cocktail. The stinger is a simple, classic brandy cocktail that everyone should try at least once. It\'s easy to mix up and the delicate combination of brandy and mint is one that will delight your senses. The cocktail is a speciality in Japan, including one of Japan\'s most famous bars, The Star Bar. The dial features the ever present Seiko logo with an open heart window at 9 o\'clock allowing you to see the intricate inner workings of the timepiece. Then, a silver stainless steel case surrounds the dial to provide it with the class it deserves. Finally, a brown leather strap can be fastened using a standard buckle. Functions: This piece is powered by an automatic 4R38 movement. This caliber features a manual wind feature with an approximate duration of 41 hours. Also, the movement compromises of 24 jewels which improves the accuracy as the friction and wear is reduced. The hardlex crystal glass comes in a box shaped which has the great benefit of allowing to lower the bezel, which makes the watch frame much slimmer. This watch has a water resistance of 50 metres, making it suitable for surface swimming.
