The horizontal lines seen across the blue dial help to imbue this model with its distinctive identity. This pattern is also known as a teaked design, where the thickness, colour and finish can vary from each brand. Around the edge of the dial are silver index markers, which are complemented by silver hands of which feature a Super-LumiNova coating. This coating allows the hands to glow in the dark, keeping you on track all day and night. Additionally, both the indexes and hands are coated in rhodium, which is used to provide superior durability. Adjacent to the 3 o\'clock index is a date window with a silver surround alongside the ever present Maurice LaCroix logo at 12. A chapter ring can be seen around the edge of the dial displaying second markers as well as the origin of the watch, \'Swiss Made\'. Then, a silver steel case sits around the dial alongside flat sapphire crystal glass to provide it with protection and class. The case back has a solid design to it with the Maurice LaCroix logo positioned in the center.
