Briston Clubmaster Classic Quartz Chronograph Men\'s Watch 14140.PBAM.TS.5.NK The Case: Briston presents this Clubmaster Classic Chronograph 14140.PBAM.TS.5.NK watch in a matte tortoise shell acetate. The shell is so called due to its resemblance of a tortoise shell, which like a watch protects something precious inside. The design has a leopard like safari print to accompany you in your safari or urban ways. Sat just above the case is mineral crystal glass in a domed shape. The dome shape makes for a vintage look which is best suited to the gentleman. The glass has a thickness of 2.3mm which provides the dial with suitable protection from cracks and scratches. Positioned at the 3 o\'clock position is the crown which once pulled out can adjust the time and date. Also, two buttons sit either side of the crown which are used to access the chronograph feature.  The Dial: A black dial displays a touch of colour with its sand-toned sub-dial and hands. The hands have a Superluminova insert which allow for easy visibility at night, allowing you to keep on track all the time. The ever present Briston logo sits at the top of the dial in the sand-toned style as well as the words ‘Clubmaster’ sat at the bottom of the dial. Moreover, replacing the 6 o’clock index is an easy to read date window which as mentioned can be adjusted via the crown. Two chronographs sit in the middle of the dial which allows you to measure time separately, also known as a stopwatch. The chronograph feature has a measuring capacity of 24 hours and can be measured down to the minute. The Strap: A nylon NATO style complements the natural colour scheme of the watch. It is interchangeable which gives the wearer some autonomy on how they want to style the watch. The strap comes finished with black tone details for the metal buckles, which accompanies the black dial. The strap comes in at a standard width of 20mm with a maximum length of 28cm. The Functions: Miyota OS21 quartz movement powers this timepiece. It is a Japanese made movement, which is used in Citizen watches. It offers an accuracy of +/-20 seconds/month and it has a duration of approximately five years which is well above the industry standard. And finally, this model has a water resistance of 100 metres, making it suitable for swimming and snorkelling.
