The Case: The case of this Casio G-Shock GA-810B-1A4ER is made out of resin. It has been designed using G-Shock’s Patented Hollow Core Guard Structure which provides protection against impact and vibration. The case measures 48.6mm in diameter, it features a fixed bezel and four recessed push-buttons that are located at 2, 4, 8 and 10 o’clock. They can be used to engage with the dial and the functions of the watch. Hard scratch resistant mineral glass provides the watch with protection against scratches and shattering.  The Dial: The dial is presented in black and it exhibits an uncomplicated analogical-digital layout. The analogical time is displayed through rose gold baton-style hour markers and a rose gold pencil style handset which has been treated to a luminous coating, which allows for readability in the dark. The hour markers are interspersed by minute markers which form a 60-minute track on the chapter ring. The digital time is displayed through a digital-display window that is located above the 6 o’clock marker. It displays the day of the week and the time in the 12/24 hour format.  The Strap: The strap is made out of resin and it is presented in black. The strap is easily adjustable and it fastens through the use of a standard buckle. The Functions: This timepiece is powered by quartz mechanisms which offer an accuracy of +/-15 seconds per month and a battery life of approximately three years.
