Ball Engineer Hydrocarbon NEDU Automatic Blue Dial Stainless Steel Bracelet Men’s Watch DC3226A-S3C-BE The Case: The Ball Engineer Hydrocarbon NEDU DC3226A-S3C-BE is designed to withstand the most severe underwater conditions. The 42mm case is crafted out of grade 5 titanium, which offers the benefits of being corrosion resistant, light weight, and strong. A blue ceramic unidirectional rotating bezel sits on top of the case, exhibiting a white 60-minute scale. The grooves in the walls of the bezel are pronounced which allows the bezel to be easily rotated.  A patented helium release crown is located at the side of the case at 3 o’clock, it is secured by Ball’s swivel crown protection system. Two push buttons are located either side of the crown at 2 and 4 o’clock, they can be used to gain access to the chronograph functions on the dial. Lastly, sapphire crystal glass provides the watch with protection against scratches and shattering.  The Dial: The aviator-inspired dial is presented in a sunburst blue tone, it features three sub-dials at 6, 9 and 12 o’clock that display a 30-minute scale, a 12-hour scale and a power reserve indicator, respectively. The dial also exhibits 21 micro gas tubes that are present on the barton-style hour markers and the bold sword-style handset. The hour markers are interspersed by a 60-second track. The Ball logo is positioned above the day-date display window that is positioned at 3 o’clock. The Bracelet: The bracelet is crafted out of titanium and stainless steel, it showcases a combination of brushed and polished finishes. It fastens through the use of a patented folding buckle & extension system. The Functions: The Ball Engineer Hydrocarbon NEDU DC3226A-S3C-BE is powered by Ball’s automatic calibre RR1402-C movement that has a power reserve of 42 hours.
