Available with 4.0mm, 4.5mm or 5.0mm central round brilliant diamond, plus 1.3mm accented diamonds around it 18, for the smaller central stone, and 24 for the others. The melée arrangement total approximately 0.24 carat which is additional to the drop down carat weight for the main diamond. Supplied with a 16\" box chain as standard.
