Our handmade organic sausages are made from prime cuts of our organic beef reared at Gazegill Organic Farm. The casings are also natural, filled with approximately 98% organic rare breed beef and approximately 2% organic seasoning. So altogether these are meatier and more satisfying than most bangers out there.  Our organic sausages contain no preservatives, colouring or additives, so please eat within 5 days or freeze on day of arrival. Most sausages contain E-numbers, sulphites, emulsifiers, preservatives to extend their shelf life, but this goes against our ethos of natural, clean, healthy 100% grass-fed organic meat so our sausages, burgers and meatballs are preservative free.
