Limited edition. I rarely get these beans in stock - only 25kg some years - and I am always looking for more. A complex chocolate that almost crosses the line towards savoury. The farmers have long contracts paying them a very good price. These rare and fine beans are bought direct from the farmers before being gently roasted and stone-ground to bring out the complexity inside them.
