Description This dish originates from Northern India. It’s hot and spicy, but full of flavour. It started out on our menu as a limited edition curry kit, but became a permanent fixture due to popular demand! The bold flavours of black pepper and mustard, pack a punch in this curry. It also works really well with chicken or beef. Instructions  Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan over a low heat. Add spice pack 1 to the oil and stir until fragrant. Add approx. 800g of chopped pork to the pan and coat in the spices. Add a 400g tin of tomatoes along with 100ml water. Add spice pack 2 and stir. Transfer to either a slow cooker or the oven (low heat) and cook until your meat is tender, then serve with a squeeze of lime.  This dish works really well with beef, chicken or just simple veggies too.
