Translating to “Top Shelf”, this Moroccan spice blend packs an aromatic punch that hits all the right taste buds. To create our British fusion, we marinate our grass & ale-fed Welsh Wagyu beef in our house red wine vinegar and chosen spice blend. We then air-cure to the point of absolute precision and slice the biltong for your pleasure to produce this fantastic melt-in-the-mouth beef delicacy. For a relationship stronger than most, pair our Ras El Hanout blend with a craft DIPA or tantalising tawny port.
