The Travelling Bee company have a unique way of producing the most delicious honey. By travelling between the North East England and Scotland, their bees indulge in some of the finest local flowers and trees creating a complex honey with incredible depth of flavour, that we couldn't resist using in our latest Rarity.   We combined this incredible honey with some heather flowers to lend the gin some delicate floral aromatics as well as orange and lemon peel to provide citrus notes. Meadowsweet and liquorice add a natural sweetness to the botanical blend which compliments the honey beautifully.
