A stunning vintage port. Made using grapes from one small vineyard, Vale D. Maria, this is a classic vintage port from a couple of experienced vine growers and port makers who decided to set up on their own, Perfect with strong, hard cheeses such as Cheddar, Gouda and Gruyère, and blue cheeses. Made by Cristiano van Zeller in Ervedosa do Douro, Portugal. Still made in traditional ways and trodden by foot in granite lagares, this is a traditional vintage port made from top quality grapes by Cristiano, his daughter Francisca and the family company of their cousins Martim and António Guedes with whom they merged in 2017.
