It has everything you need to make a fuss free dinner for two. Each kit contains 2 raw rock lobster tails, 1 pack of homemade Thermidor sauce, 1 sachet of gremolata breadcrumb topping. The lobster tails have been cut for easy preperation. The thermidor sauce has been handmade with three types of cheese; cheddar, parmesan and gruyere. This is a restaurant quality recipe, using the best ingredients. The pack comes with simple cooking instructions. I
