In response to lots of phone calls and emails from the Alternative Meat's lovely customers, they have finally cured some lovely Mangalitsa belly to produce a streaky bacon. We’re amazed at the popularity of the samples we sent out, as it is obviously quite a fat streaky bacon, but of course that lovely fat, once crisped, has no equal in the world of bacon! This dry cure streaky bacon has been taken to another level when it is lightly smoked with cherry wood ……… you have to try this!
