It\'s made using smoked haddock, potato, chives, smoked bacon, mustard and mascarpone cheese, coated with natural breadcrumbs. If you wanted to serve them as a starter, they\'d go beautifully on just a simple bed of salad. As a main course, why not try it with some minty peas and spinach. Either way, they\'re easy to prepare, just defrost them, brush with a bit of oil and pop in the oven for 20 -25 minutes.
