Wild UK sushi grade mackerel Can be used for sashimi or sushi rolls We recommend serving 150g of fish per person These cuts of mackerel has been filleted into strips from high quality wild caught  Atlantic mackerel. We sell two differnet cuts the back (lean) and belly (oily).The outer translucent skin has been removed, leaving the colorful inner skin in place. We have deboned and beautifully trimmed into neat strips, all you need to do is slice with a very sharp knife.  You can serve with a good dressing of rice vinegar (sushi-zu). We also sell lightly cured fillets (shime saba) . Sustainability - Our rating 8/10 We aim to only buy line-caught mackerel from South West England or Scotland. Mackerel stocks are healthy in these areas.
