Each pack contains 4 fillets that are individually frozen so you can remove one at a time These fillets are great when flaked onto a salad A 320g pack would comfortably serve two main courses Our smoker uses large mackerel so the fillets aren\'t tiny once smoked. These fillets are perfect if you wanted to make a homemade mackerel pate. You could also use them in a smoked mackerel pasta, in a toastie, on some crackers.The possibilities really are endless.    Sustainability - our rating 8/10 This mackerel is caught in the NE Atlantic, where stocks are generally considered good.  Although caught by trawl nets, the fish is not a bottom-hugger, so these trawls do not damage the sea floor.
