Each pack contains 4 skin-on fillets that have been frozen separately Flake it onto a cracker with some cucumber If you\'re serving it as an appetizer, you\'ll need between 50g-100g per person These mackerel fillets have been smoked over English oak wood and then sprinkled with cracked black pepper. They\'ve been hot smoked so they\'re ready to eat, just defrost them and eat them cold or reheat under a grill. We think the best way to use these fillets is to either eat them on their own, or pop them on top of a salad. Let the flavour really shine through.    Sustainability - our rating 8/10 This mackerel is caught in the NE Atlantic, where stocks are generally considered good.  Although caught by trawl nets, the fish is not a bottom-hugger, so these trawls do not damage the sea floor.
