They are split at the shoulder and extend right the way down to the pointy tip of the leg. They are about 40cm - 50cm in length. As they are already cooked, just defrost them and snip them open with some kitchen scissors to unleash some of the luxurious, sweet, white meat. These king crabs are caught, cooked and frozen on the Norwegian coast.
