It is a distinctive piece of meat that is chewy and rich. If you are looking for turbot body meat, this page is not for you. If you\'re looking to branch out and try something new, then you are in the right place. You can place a strip over some sushi rice however we think that would be a bit too much of it in one go. Instead, we recommend chopping it up into smaller pieces and just dipping those pieces directly into some soy sauce, maybe add a little ginger, and enjoy!
