Misshapes are nice pieces of fish that are left over when we make steaks. They’re boneless and skinless. You could cook them up by themselves - just flash fry in butter - or mix a few packs up to make a fish stew or fish pie. These are offcuts from our albacore tuna loins. Sustainability - our rating 8/10 Our albacore tuna are caught from a sustainable fishery in the North East Pacific Ocean. They are caught using hook and line, a very selective, non-destructive fishing method. This fishery has been purposefully landing less than the maximum sustainable yield to manage the fishery and positively grow the albacore stock.
