Smoked sprats? You will on 15th June. We promise there will be no smoked salmon on this day (no kippers either) - instead a tour de force around all the other more unusual kinds of smoked fish. Your visit will also include a tour of Fish Palace and a chance to fillet a fish under our guidance. There will be plenty to eat (including a nice desert to finish) and wine will be served.
