About the illustration: Your Illustration will be hand drawn black & white sketch of the property, not a computer generated image, so we can add/remove things you don’t want eg: cars or lamp posts, and we won\'t include dustbins, satellite dishes etc. We will sketch the view from the photograph (ie the same perspective). It’s a simplified drawing of the house but if you want more detail we also offer a ‘Detailed portrait’ version. The drawing will be portrait or landscape that best suits the image.
