The style is based on the traditional woodcut method of printing with graphic black lines to bring out the woodcut texture. You can provide your own photo after ordering, just email them to us at info@letterfest.com or we can work from Google street view or a weblink (see below for instructions). Every illustration can be further personalised with a printed message below the illustration. How to provide a photo After ordering send an email to us with your image to info@letterfest.com or upload a digital photo here. We can work from an image on a website, just send us the link. Or use Google Street View - go to Google.com, click on ‘Maps’ and enter the address. Click on the street view of the road or drag the yellow stick man onto the map. Use the pointers to locate your house. When you have a good view, click the link icon, copy the link and send it to us. About the illustration Your Illustration will be hand-drawn black and white drawing of the property, not a computer generated image, so we can add/remove things you don’t want eg: cars / lampposts, we won\'t include dustbins, satellite dishes etc. We sketch the perspective from the photograph. It’s a simplified drawing but if you want a particular element emphasized just let us know on ordering. You can select to see a digital proof before printing when you can check the artwork and make amends, although a charge will be made if you decide to cancel at this stage. The proof will be emailed to you for you to check. Made From Digitally printed to order on 200gsm acid free, fine grain artists paper. All prints supplied with a white, bevel-cut window mount. Available framed or unframed. Framing: 2cm wide wooden frames in bevelled black and white and oak. 3cm wide frames in distressed black and white and flat white. All frames supplied with mdf backing board, integrated hanging hook, and Pilkington glass except extra large frames which are glazed with high grade Quinn perspex for safe delivery.
