These bindings are as solid as snowboarding’s heritage in Japan. From an early age, my dad instilled in me an appreciation for immersing in local cultures and learning about their arts. The graphics on this binding draw a connection to those travel experiences. Japan was one place that always stood out. Their attention to detail and appreciation for quality is similar to Mine. They have this amazing tie-dye technique called Shibori. We’re featuring it on a bunch of styles this season, including the Mystery Sensei, and the collection wouldn’t be complete if we didn’t wrap the bindings in it, too.
