This means that food placed in the middle and at the bottom will dry quicker than items at the edges or on higher levels.Easy to set time and temperatureYou can use the temperature control function to speed up and simplify the dehydration process. The default temperature setting is 50°C but different foods require different temperatures. Luckily, you can easily  control the temperature and drying time (up to 48hrs) on the digital display. At the end of the dehydration process, the dryer alerts you with an acoustic signal.
