The Advanced UV filter is a multifunctional filter; blocks ultraviolet rays and therefore reduces blur, opacity and reflections. At the same time, it is a great tool to protect the lens from dust, moisture, scratches, and can be permanently mounted on the lens. The Manfrotto Advanced UV filter is water-repellent, scratch-resistant and oil-resistant. It consists of 12 layers that allow 98.8% of light transmission. Multilayer coating Each Manfrotto filter has been developed with the highest precision. The elaborate multilayer coating process minimizes reflections and maximizes light transmission, thus delivering remarkable optical quality. The anti-reflexivity of the filters increases proportionally to the increase in the number of coating layers.
