The attractive two opening windows are storm-resistant, joinery quality frames glazed with 3mm glass with interchangeable positions. Doors and windows are both pre-hung for ease of assembly. All of the timber is sourced only from very slow grown, high grade, FSC approved high north pine with a 10-year anti-rot guarantee. The building is treated with a basecoat treatment ready for top coating by you immediately after installation. Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment. The base needs to be flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.
