This relationship begins with the Hilton of Cadboll Stone, an ancient monument that is the whisky\'s inspiration. Nose: Sweetness dominates, maple syrup and thick cream. Sweet fruits, apricots and peaches. A subtle spice, with hints of oak. Palate: The sweetness from the nose shines through, spice is slightly more prominent. Notes of dry wood and cloves. Distinctive sweet fruits, peach and red apples. Finish: Long, the sweetness is overridden by the spice.
