As with each batch in the series, Batch Strength 003 is distinctive and differs slightly in style and strength, so your first sip is sure to hold some anticipation. Nose: Sweet red fruits, cranberries, ripe cherries and raisins. Sugary and oaky. Palate: Instantly sweet, stewed figs and caramel. Then the sherry, warming with a subtle oak. Finish: Medium-long finish, slightly spicy with a hint of pepper.
