It\'s drawn from a mixture of Spanish Sherry butts and American bourbon barrels, resulting in a rich, complex flavour profile. Lively Sherried spice and juicy raisin notes blend well with the chewy vanilla touches - a classic combination. Nose: Apples drenched in caramel and butter, blackberries, oak and rum. Palate: Raisins and sultanas wine, ginger and Honey. Finish: Oily pine, nutmeg and a touch of citrus.
