Nose: Very well balanced and drinkable whisky, offering floral, lemon and apple notes on the nose, followed by brittle toffee and a suggestion of Sherry.Palate: Apple and toffee persist on the palate, along with walnuts and delicate perfume.Finish: The long, pleasing finish evokes Highland Park\'s heather and peat characteristics.
