Let\'s be honest, there is noting better than a really hearty vegetable soup. Our Italian soup was inspired by the famous Italian minestrone which is traditionally made up of different kinds of seasonal chopped vegetables often paired with potatoes, beans and mushrooms.  This snack will seriously keep you going until lunch.  Ingredients:  Soup (98%) [water, tomatoes, onions, courgettes, butter beans, cauliflower, carrots, tomato puree, coconut oil, garlic, oregano, dried mixed herbs], cheddar cheese (milk) Allergens: Contains milk. Storage: Keep frozen. Reheating Suggestion: Microwave on full power from frozen. 700w 7½ mins / 800w 6½ mins / 900w 5½ mins. Remove outer packaging and pierce film. Place on plate. Cook for 5 minutes, peel back film, stir. Re-cover and continue cooking. Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled.
