[We are unable to deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands] We\'ve teamed up with DPD to get our healthy and delicious meals to your door, with convenience and with free delivery. You will receive two days of meals with with each delivery so that you can consume your meals Tuesday through to Sunday. Our meal plans will be delivered to your home in the mornings 09:00am-12:00pm on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.  Tuesday delivery includes food for Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday delivery includes food for Thursday and Friday. Friday delivery includes food for Saturday (and Sunday if 6 days selected) Due to the delivery schedule we are unable to start any plans midweek. All plans will start from Tuesday. The menu is the same as our regular diets, you will just receive the menu the following day.  Are the meals fresh? All the meals are fresh (never frozen) and are chilled with ice packs and sent in biodegradable insulated packaging. Is delivery fee included? Yes, we deliver via courier at no extra cost to you. Can I choose my delivery days? Unfortunately not, with courier delivery we are restricted to specific days of delivery. Can I start midweek? No, all courier delivered plans will start from a Tuesday as we want to ensure you do not miss any days.
