Webb C. Ball, founder of Ball watches, became renowned for outlining the standards of quality and accuracy in all watches used by the railroad, and it is these principles that Ball still lives by today.  The Ball Cannonball watch boasts a finely chiselled stainless steel case which embraces the Swiss made automatic BALL RR1401-SL movement that can be watched hard at work through the open case back where the oscillating weight twirls with every movement of the wrist. Housed beneath the scratch resistant sapphire crystal glass is a classic white dial set with luminous micro gas tubes allowing optimal readability even in the dark, a feature that will glow for up to 25 years without requiring recharge. The dial also showcases a chronograph feature with accumulated measurement up to 45 minutes. The timepiece is completed by a dark brown crocodile leather strap and stainless steel buckle.
