The Montblanc 1858 Chronograph continues to impress with outstanding chronograph complication controlled by satin-brushed and polished pushers on the left hand side of the 42mm stainless steel case. The chronograph function, which includes central chronograph seconds and a 30 minutes counter, is ensured by the Montblanc automatic MB 25.13 calibre which alongside 27 jewels, a 48 power reserve and a frequency of 4Hz, delivers classic hour, minutes and small seconds hands. The movement is protected by a fluted ceramic bezel and sapphire crystal glass, two materials renowned for their robustness and scratch resistance, and a screw down case back beautifully engraved with the image of a compass, two crossed ice pickaxes and the emblematic Mont Blanc mountain. To complete the look of the Montblanc 1858 Automatic Chronograph watch, a sophisticated black calfskin leather strap is added handcrafted from the Montblanc Pelletteria Florence workshops in Italy.
