Its unique single-handed dial is dedicated to the modern-day explorer, indicating the time using a lone luminescent red-coloured hand. The hand points to the large Arabic numerals around the edge of the dial, counting the hours and the quarter hours through the printed indexes in between while the separation of the 12 hour marker at the top and 24 marker at the bottom gives you an arc of the day and night. Meanwhile, the bronze-coloured and red detailed compass scale at the circumference acts as a compass.  To complete the dial of the Montblanc 1858 Automatic 24H watch, a black luminescent printed map of the northern hemisphere appears at night adorned with the 24 meridian lines. Hidden within the Montblanc 1858 is the automatic winding Calibre MB 24.20, a Swiss made movement with 24 jewels, a power reserve of 42 hours and a frequency of 28,800bph. To complete the Montblanc single-handed watch, a black textile strap is added alongside a classic stainless steel pin buckle.
