Herring Enfield Messenger Bag is made with soft, buttery leather and has the following features: two magnetic catches on the front and a full-width zip pocket hidden under the flap, an adjustable shoulder strap, a full width zip pocket on the rear, a zipped main compartment split into two, one of which features a velcro tab to secure a laptop and is padded, the other has pen holders and elasticated pockets for phones etc. The leather is dark tanned so it should not be worn against pale clothing as some colour transfer may occur. Each piece is made from different pieces of leather therefore you should expect some variation from the photos above. The inherent variability of the leather colour is one of the signs that you have purchased a genuine handmade product and is not a fault.
